Clydestone Dominates with CCC Solution to Banks - 11 September 2009

Clydestone carried its dominance from the paper based regime of cheque clearing to Cheque Codeline Clearing (CCC). Clydestone under this new dispensation of cheque clearing managed to sign on 12 customer banks, endorsing the superiority of its solution. Clydestone has consequently migrated its customers to this new platform, with its global market leading product much to the acclaim of its customers as was evidenced at a training organised for I.T personnel of its customer banks recently. This training which comes on the back of series of such training are geared towards equipping user banks with skills and capabilities needed to ensure a sublime transition.

Clydestone also used the occasion to roll out an elaborate nationwide support strategy and disaster recovery arrangement to give customers the comfort level they need for this mission critical project. The lab session component of the training was used to give the I.T personnel a hands-on experience to enable them offer first level support to users in their respective banks.

“We strive to develop a focused marketing and sales strategy that includes enhanced customer care and product and service customisation. This we believe is the best way to keep customers coming back” said the C.E.O of Clydestone, Mr. Paul Tse Jacquaye.
