Accra, Ghana December 16th, 2009 – Clydestone (GSE:CLYD) and Transaction Solutions (GSE:TRANSOL) together with Sud Telecoms 3000 announce that it has formed a consortium and reached agreement with the GhIPSS to provide Electronic Prepaid Airtime Vouchers on e-Zwich POS Terminals deployed by GhIPSS and the Banks in Ghana.. Prepaid Airtime from all Mobile Networks will be available for sale by merchants with the e-Zwich POS Terminal of more than 4000. GhIPSS has also agreed to supply 200 POS Terminals proportionally between Transol and Sud Telecom for deployment at their Ezi and QuickFon Shops nationwide. The locations will offer all e-Zwich Services in addition to the sale of prepaid airtime.

Clydestone is a provider of Information and Communications Technology Solutions in the area of Payment Systems, Transaction switching comprising Mobile, Automated Teller Machines (ATM) and Point of Sale (POS) deployment to enable payment transactions.

 

About Transol

 

Transol deploys POS Terminals and ATMs for the sale of Electronic Prepaid Vouchers and Third party payments, Debit and Credit Card transactions and ATMs Cash withdrawal services.  Transol also operates EziShop Retails Outlets and supply’s Electronic Prepaid Vouchers to Banks.
